Implement the player settings dialog

Description

The dialog may show a list with all Players and give possibilities for adding/deleting players. Furthermore specific options like the used devices and protocol for each player should be shown,

I also tried to use the Flo's Factory Bean, but it doesn't run, because the NativeLib42Adapter could not be instantiated.
