Description
Something is wrong with the calculation of speed from rage 0-100 to specific HAL speed by given maxHALSpeed.

[Related to ticket #91] fixed the calculation bug of the SlotCarSpeedAdjuster?
I also added checks and ensures to the getSpeed and setSpeed methods of the Bluerider and the lib42 DriveCon?
