Add licenses and license agreements to application and source

Add the licences of used closed- and open-source libraries to:

• the source code
• the About dialog

Please add all used libraries and other kinds of 3rd party packages to this ticket, so we don't forget one.

We can add Gilhem Dutch and a copyright of wiiusej to the about dialogue.
A GPL v3 licence txt is still in the wiiusej.jar and thats enough.

We just have to give with jacavi a copy of LGPL as text file.

The final version (1.0.0) won't handle those licences properly. Needs to be fixed urgently. At least they are all listed, linked to and their licenses mentioned in the about dialog and the readme file.
