The Trac is set up and ready to be used.
Some aspects still need improvement (CommitBackreferencerPlugin?, list of milestones, etc.) but that can be done somewhere down the road while working with it.

[Related to ticket #3] Removed 'to do' list text file from the repository.
The 'to do' list is no longer necessary and has been removed. Future tasks should be added and tracked in the Trac project management system.
(Bogus commit to test whether the problem preventing the last one to trigger a change in the Trac ticket has been fixed.)
