Add getLastSignal() to input device controllers

Description

Changeset [499] introduced the method getLastSignal() on the CarController. Please check if it can be implemented for:

  • the KeyboardDevice
  • the MouseDevice
  • the MouseKeyboardDeviceAdapter and
  • the WiimoteDevice

and make sure the thrust gauges are still working then.

Not really 'needed', but it would be nice. (And yes, it was opened only 17 hours ago.)
