Allow player to choose a car

Description

There's already a "select a car" button in the player settings dialog which has no functionality so far.

This functionality can now be added using the CarRepository.

Therefore i found a ImageCombo? somwhere in the www. And I did it the easiest way possible.
I also added a self made moped car just for testing.
