Remove, fix or ticket all open task tags — at Version 3

Walk through all open task tags (TODO, FIXME, etc.) and either:

  • remove them if they are no longer relevant or
  • fix them if damn easy or
  • create a ticket (MS5) if not trivial to fix and reference the ticket in the task tag (" FIXME: [ticket #999] Do XYZ here")

Then assign the ticket to the next developer.
