Remove, fix or ticket all open task tags — at Initial Version

Description

Walk through all open task tags (TODO, FIXME, etc.) and either:

  • remove them if they are no longer relevant
  • fix them if damn easy
  • create a ticket (MS5) if not trivial to fix

Then assign the issue to the next developer.
